Run Club Update! 🏃♂️
As of 3/12/26, Run Club is currently at capacity with 40 student runners. Our amazing volunteer coaches make this program possible!
If additional adults sign up to coach, we can open 8 more spots per coach, allowing more students to participate.
If you're interested in joining our fantastic Run Club coaching team, please email ptameadowbrookelementary@gmail.com. Coaching is a fun way to support students, stay active, and be part of this great Meadow Brook tradition!
Join us for a special Authors in April Morning Book Sale on Friday, March 13 from 8:30–9:00 AM in the Media Center!
Families are invited to stop by before school to browse and purchase the Authors in April books in person. Students are welcome to shop with a parent or caregiver and take a look at the books from this year’s visiting authors.
Payment accepted: Cash, Credit Card, or Check.
This is a great chance to see the books up close and support the Authors in April program before the authors visit Meadow Brook later this spring! 📚🐭
Join the Meadow Brook PTA for Family Movement & Wellness Workshop on March 17 from 6:00–7:00 PM in the school gym. This fun event will give families the chance to get moving together and learn simple ways to support healthy habits and overall wellness. Please consider bringing a shelf stable donation for Meadow Mouse Market. Please sign up on the PTA website at www.mbepta.org. We hope to see many of our Meadow Brook families there! 💙
The Meadow Brook PTA is proud to once again participate in the nationally recognized Authors in April program, now in its 43rd year of bringing celebrated authors and illustrators to Rochester students.
Our visiting authors will be at Meadow Brook on Friday, May 1, 2026, where each grade level will meet their featured author for an engaging and memorable presentation. These visits are always a highlight of the school year and a wonderful way to inspire a love of reading.
Families who would like to purchase books to support the program and have them signed by the author can visit the Authors in April store on our website.
Order deadline: Friday, April 17, 2026.
Purchased books will be delivered to your oldest student.

The annual MBE Green School's Book Swap is back!
📚 Clear out your bookshelves! Drop off gently-used elementary-level books to the bin in the front entry from March 1st-March 18th.
📖 Every student will have the opportunity to pick out a "new to them" book during Book Swap Week, March 23-27th.
Families are encouraged to volunteer to help students shop during Book Swap Week. Sign up will be released soon!
